GUARANTEE
Something Special American Bulldogs has a two-year guarantee against Canine Hip Dysplasia as long as the dog has not been bred. All genetic testing and x-rays to be completed or an evaluation performed at the age of 24 months. If the dog is found to be cripple from CHD, the dog will be replaced or credit given on another pup upon written verification from OFA or Pennhip. This information along with the x-rays and tattooed identification number of the dog MUST be sent to SS Bulldogs, as soon as possible for our veterinarian to confirm the diagnosis. This is a replacement only guarantee.
The owner then has three options...
1. Putting the animal down.
2. Keeping the animal and spaying or neutering.
3. Returning the animal and the registration papers on the dog for the first available pup, of the same quality and sex in order to receive a replacement puppy, or applying the credit on another dog.
If the owner decides to keep the dog and spay/neutering him/her, credit of 1/2 the original purchase price will be made available on a replacement puppy. All shipping on returns/replacements will be at the current owner's expense and proof of euthanasia, spay or neuter is required for a replacement or credit. This guarantee does not apply to any dogs or puppies sold for $700.00 or less unless pre-promised or otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase. It does not apply to dogs or puppies with limited registrations and/or those sold with spay/neuter agreements. This guarantee applies only to dogs/puppies bred by SS Bulldogs and only to the original purchaser of this puppy/dog.
We also guarantee that the dog will be of stable temperament at the time of delivery. Guarantee is void if the dog has been bred or mistreatment, abuse; lack of socialization, improper nutrition or any type of neglect is evident in the dog. The purchaser shall return the dog at their expense in exchange for another dog/puppy of equal value or credit.
DEPOSITS AND SHIPPING
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00, on the breeding of your choice is required to hold a puppy; if the pup has already been born, a deposit of half the purchase price of the pup will be required. Our pups range in price from $1,500-2,000., it depends on the breeding you chose from.
The pup is to be PAID IN FULL, as well as the cost of the shipping, crate and health certificate by the age of 6 weeks. If your puppy is not paid in full by the age of 6 weeks you will forfeit your deposit and your puppy will be offered to the next person on the list, unless other arrangements have been approved by SS Bulldogs. If some unforeseen occurrence such as "not enough pups in a litter, not a pup of the sex you wanted or perhaps the female did not take"… Your deposit will be applied to the next available litter.Shipping is provided within the continental United States for puppies less than 3 months of age at $350.00 this includes Crate, Health Certificate and transportation to either the Atlanta Georgia, or Chattanooga Tennessee Airport.
If the puppy/dog will be shipped outside the Continental United States, additional costs will be incurred. Shipping and crate cost of adult dogs is higher and dependent on current rates.
ALL SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SHIPPING, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Picks of puppies will be made at 6 - 7 weeks of age, the puppies will be allowed to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age.
**Pups will be held for no more than 5 days awaiting the initial deposit.**
If the buyer would like, we will finance the dog with a $500.00 deposit & 10% interest of the purchase price, with a $10.00 a day boarding fee after the age of nine weeks, until the dog is paid in full. The dog must be paid in full BEFORE shipping.
If for any reason you have a deposit on a pup, and we contact you for further payment, you have 10 days to respond or all rights to the pup and your deposit is forfeited. (Unless previous arrangements or an agreement is made between Something Special American Bulldogs and the purchaser.)
The purchaser agrees that if they can no longer keep the dog, it will be returned to Something Special Bulldogs, not an animal shelter or dog pound. Purchaser will receive no compensation from us, as we will incur vet bills, feed, kenneling and placement expenses for the rescued animal.
The purchaser also agrees that if the dog is offered for sale or change of ownership at any time that Something Special Bulldogs will be notified immediately.
